Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms may have originated from the consumption of alcohol. If you have always had regular menstrual cycles and have a missed period now, please go for the pregnancy test to clarify. You can take the HPT 3-7 days after the missed period or get the blood test just before the onset of the period. Once clarified, further management can be planned. If positive, avoid further alcohol and get proper follow up. If negative, check with a physician for a possible gastritis. Hope this helps.
