Are More Tests Required When Left Spillage Is Not Demonstrated And There Is No Evidence Of Abnormal Pelvic Mass Lesion?
I have reports like this : Uterus is normal in size and uterine cavity is well outlined by contrast. No evidence of any filling defection extrinsic impression. Right fallopian tube is normal in course and caliber. Left spillage not demonstrated --- Significance. No evidence of abnormal pelvic mass lesion noted. IMPRESSION: ** SPILLAGE NOT DEMONSTRATED --- SIGNIFICANCE. . Doctor, what are the chances of pregnency.
You have normal uterus size. You have well defined uterine cavity. No any filling defect, no any mass. Fallopian tube is normal: no any blockage and slippage. So uterine cavity and Fallopian tube is completely normal.
But you do not mention about endometrial thickness and ovary. I would suggest to go for ovarian follicle study and reproductive hormone analysis if you have abnormal menstruation. So report if USG described by you is completely normal and you can become pregnant. Further, report should be correlated clinically.
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards, Dr. Sagar
