Are Lower Abdominal Cramps Normal While On Regestrone?
I had very heavy periods from 30th june till 18 days. I took pause meds from doctor from 11th till 14th but that didnt stop or even reduce the flow. From 18th day as guided by a doctor i started regestrone. This stopped my bleeding. But since last two days i am having lower abdominal cramps and lower back and downwards pain. I missed 2 month periods prior to this period which is why i bled so much. Is the cramps normal? Meftal spas didnt help relieve the cramps.

Pelvic inflammatory disease to be ruled out first. Ultrasound is more helpful to diagnose etiology and management accordingly.
