Are Irregular Menstruation Normal After 30 Years For Women?
Hi I am 32 year old. Not having regular periods from last 5 to 6 months. Before it was on time .me and my husband trying for a baby from last 5 years. . My question is .. After 30+ women faces such problems of irregular periods is it normal ..I m worried it would be problem to conceive. .and once .my gynic doctor advices me to take regestrone 5mg so wen even I miss my period I m taking to get it .. if in case I m pregnant though the result showing negative can I use the medicine to get my period. ..I hope it won t harm my baby if I m pregnant. ..

You need a workup including USG (to rule out PCOD), tests for female hormone level, thyroid level and/or endometrial biopsy. If you are on progesterone,you will not get periods. Even if, you are pregnant, it supports pregnancy so continue it.
