Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy alone; they can also be seen in other conditions such as hormone imbalances which can be a thyroid disturbance, abnormal prolactin levels, abnormal sex hormone levels etc. Generalized conditions like nutritional deficiencies, anemia, infections, gastric disturbances also can present in a similar manner. You need a proper clinical evaluation to detect the cause. If you have a missed period, you should also exclude pregnancy, though the chances are remote. Hope this helps.
