Are Hot Flushes And Depression Due To Induced Menopause?

I have had severe pain in my left groin for the last 12 months. Jan 2017 I had an ultrasound, then a CT scan and a solid mass on my left ovary was discovered. This turned out to be an 8cm cluster of fibroids. April/May 2017 This was removed as was my uturus and Fallopian tubes. June 2017 ( I have suffered severe pain from periods since I was 12 I am now 39) I rested for 6 weeks no work but still had a niggling pain in the left groin. Went back to work, pain persisted and got worse. My pain still to this day is worse when sitting and doing too much physical activity. They discovered I had a large blood clot on my left ovary. After trying thinners and still more pain killers the pain was increasing and any decent function was decreasing to only getting relief from lying down and then that stopped being a relief. So clot and left ovary was removed in Sept 2018. Noted to specialist. He said endometriosis was present the second time he operated. Has given me injections to bring on menopause to see if endometriosis is causing the pain, if so will remove right ovary. So now I have hot flushes and lots of pain. If it is not that he mentioned lyrica for pain if nerve damage. Taking more pain killers does not fix the issue Pain is on going still to this day. I have really Bad days depression, can’t physically do anything. My quality of life is deteriorating. Please does anyone have some suggestions?
