Are Headaches And Dizziness Symptoms Of Vertigo?
I was diagnosed with Vertigo 18 years ago due to a head on crash. Since then it only bothers me now and then. Now however I m 60 and I ve been having a lot of sinus problems that won t go away. I m dizzy a lot have a headache most days and feel sick at my stomach a lot.. Can this just be this Vertigo coming back or the flu or sinus issues? Thanks

Your symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis.
I suggest you to do a sinuses X-ray to confirm the diagnosis.Meanwhile,I suggest you to take anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day for the headache.I also recommend drinking liquids and using a humidifier at home.
