Following head injury, concussion can present as headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, visual blurring and ringing in the ears. Sleep disturbances, mood changes and cognitive function disturbances like disorientation and loss of memory. You have mentioned exhaustion and sleep disturbance, which can definitely be caused by concussion.
I would suggest you to visit your doctor and repeat a CT / MRI scan in order to assess your brain function. In case of any nasal or ear bleeding, convulsions, you immediate visit the ER for emergency management.
