HI I AM 45 YRS OLD ,GENDER MALE .MY TSH LEVEL IS 10 . I AM SUFFERING FROM BODY ACHE, JOINT PAIN,THROAT SWELLING AS WELL AS SWELLING BELOW EARS.MY WEIGHT IS 80 KG .I AM ALSO SUFFERING FROM BULKY TONGUE AND POLIP IN NOSE. I AM ON MEDICINES FOR THE NOSE AND HAD ALSO TRIED SOME AYURVEDIC TECHNIQUES. IN NIGHT SOME TIMES I FEEL BREATHLESS AND SNORING IS VERY LOUD

Hi dear...you have the few symptoms of hypothyroidism such as weight gain, weakness, fatigue, facial changes plus elevated TSH..however you should also do following investigation for better evolution such as free T3 and free T4, lipid and sugar in fasting state..then after consultation you can start levothyroxine at low dose to treat hypothyroidism.
