Hello

Past increased SGOT,SGPT and bilirubin level may indicate liver pathology.
It may be due to hepatitis.
Latest report shows only increased bilirubin level.
You may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,viral markers,urine RE/ME.
Viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen are important in your case.

I advise for fat restriction and follow up bilirubin estimation. You can take B complex capsule once daily.

Get well soon.
Take Care
