Are Azivent & Dolo Safe During Pregnancy?

I am 31 years old and 9 months pregnant. my weight is 64 kg and height 5 feet 3 inches with no medical history.
i am having cough, cold, and fever. my doctor prescribed me azivent 500 mg and dolo 650. are azivent 500 and dolo 650 safe during 9 months of pregnancy?

I appreciate your concern for the safety of Azivent & Dolo during pregnancy.

Regarding Azivent (Azithromycin) 500:

It is a Pregnancy "B" Category drug.
Animal studies failed to show harmful effects on the growing fetus.
There are no controlled data in human pregnancy, hence Azivent should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed like respiratory infection.

Regarding Dolo (Paracetamol) 650:

There is no clear evidence that it has any harmful effects on the unborn baby.
It can be used routinely during pregnancy to reduce a high temperature and for pain relief at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time, so 500 mg is an adequate dose.
