General & Family Physician 's  Response
Stilpane is not safe during pregnancy. It is a combination of paracetamol, codeine, meprobamate‎ and caffeine. Codeine and meprobamate can cause fetal harm. Better safe medicines are available for sinus infection.
Advice
1.     Stop Stilpane immediately
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily for 3 days
3.     Amoxicillin 500 mg every 8 hours for 5 days
4.     Gargle with slightly warm salt water every 6 hours
Thanks
