weight loss , there is no other alternative to proper diet and proper workout.
there are many products in market which claimed for sure weight reduction, please do not believe them.
-start your day with walking for 20 min , have healthy break fast including milk fruits , oats , egg white etc
avoid sweets , deep fried beverages , junk food , red meat , alcohol.
eat freshly home cooked food only.
join gym , if it is boring for you , go for cycling , running , dancing or outdoor games as badminton , tennis etc
stay hydrated , drink lemon water , coconut water at least twice in week.
take dinner as light as possible.
maintain a healthy life style.
