Are Betnesol Tablets, Cetra Tablets, Droxaryl Tube Helpful For Scabies?

Hi Doctor, Hope u will be fine and doing well! I am from Pakistan. Actually, i am suffering from scabies under my legs from last 2 years and have taken too many medicines for that but not yet free from this diseases, yesterday i visited a physician and he prescribed me some dose to eat as under, so my answer to you is that are these ok or not for that?? or could you advise me some special which might be helpful??? thank a lot to consider and help.. Dosage: Betnesol Tablets Cetra Tabets Droxaryl Tube

Hi,

These medications are usually prescribed for the treatment allergic conditions of the skin. They are not helpful for scabies. For scabies treatment permethrin cream 5% or crotamiton lotion 10% or benzyl benzoate lotion or ivermectin tablet are found to be effective. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for proper clinical examination and appropriate treatment as suggested above.
