Anclazide M contains gliclazide and metformin. This is used in the treatment of diabetes. Should be taken without skipping and regular check ups for blood sugars needs to be done.
Vintel Am is telmisartan plus amlodipine used for hypertension. Should never be stopped. Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended. It also helps in diabetic patients to protect their renal function.
Maxneuron contains methylcobalamin and pregabalin and is used in painful conditions associated with nerve involvement in diabetes.
Rosumerc contains rosuvastatin that helps in reducing lipids in blood.
Sonirab DSR is the combination of rabeprazole and domperidone. Used in gastric acidity and reflux related problem. Use only according to the prescribed duration.
Not sure what the last tablet premyelin M is. More accurate information is needed.
I do not think any alternative is required for your mother. Let her take the tablets as prescribed, if any other symptoms are bothersome, then consult your doctor.
