Hi,

Azithromycin is not a right choice in such case. Secondly no one can diagnose a patient anemic just by complexion and just start folic acid. Basically, you have to do blood complete picture and check out the level of hemoglobin and than decide about is your son anemic or not and even if he is anemic than what kind of anemia is there.

So better stop folic acid and do the blood test first. For abdominal pain give anti-colic syrup and for headache give Paracetamol as per body weight. Stop all other medicine as per my advise. Azithromycin is antibiotic and your do not need it at the moment as per the condition explained.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best Regards,
Dr. Zeeshan
