Any Suggestion To Improve Iron Level, Reduce Fatigue When Having Thyroid Nodule?

I have a thyroid nodule that supposedly is not causing me any hypo or hyper problems according to lab results. I am fatigued and my iron level is low. I have been eating more protein the past week and that hasn't helped with the fatigue. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

Your tiredness is related to anaemia due to decreased iron level. Nothing to do with your thyroid as your thyroid function is normal. I would suggest you to have iron supplements or diet rich in iron (beef, chicken, spinach, sardines, oysters, beans etc)

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards
