Any Suggestion For Severe Reaction After Switched From Detrol La To Generic?
My mail-order pharmacy switched my Detrol LA 4 mg for a generic. I tried to take the generic and suffered a severe reaction. Is there more than one kind of generic or multiple manufacturers? Or can a urologist help me to cure the OAB instead of attempting to treat the symptoms? (the generic also did not stop the spasms!)

As a first line management you can take antihistamines like pheneramine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
