Any Suggestion For Numb Temple, Nausea, Sore Knot/bruising On Cheek?

Hello 3 weeks ago i fell and hit my head on a counter. I had a large gash below left eye and a large knot on my cheek along with other bruising and such. The knot is still very sore but my temple is numb and i feel nauseated all the time. What could it be and should i see a doctor?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Numbness in the temple is likely to be a nerve related issue. The appearance of a bruise without any history of injury can be due to a blood coagulation related issue that can be ruled out after proper blood tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
