Hello,

Do not think of operation now, provided if you agree to follow my below instructions:

a) You should sleep on hard bed.
b) Should not lift heavy weight.
c) Should not sit in such a position, where your spine convexes outwards.

If you follow this few techniques, then you will be alright and recovering from the pain soon. Take the below medications for 1 week to 10 days but not for longer duration:

1) Tablet THEOFORD Twice daily
2) Tablet Ultracet Twice daily
3) Tablet B-29 Once daily for 2 months (This you can continue for 2 months.)
4) Injection Arachitol 6 Lac Units (Once weekly for 2 weeks only).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
