Any Reason Other Than Pregnancy That Is Causing Dizziness And Tiredness With Positive HPT And On Losartin ?

I am 39 yrs old. I have been taking loestrin for four months i have not missed any pills by more than 10 mins. I missed my last period and had two positive hpt. I have been feeling dizzy and very tired. Is there any other reason besides being pregnant that i would have a positive test

Hello. it's better you get an ultrasound done..every contraception method has some failure rates..a transvaginal ultrasound would clear whether pregnancy is there or not..because PREGNANCY is the top and almost the only cause of upt positive..otherwise there might be some b-hcg secreting tumor ?ovarian that is very uncommon..that might cause upt positive..
