Any Medicine To Gain Weight?

i am 27 yr old & married last year weight 50 kg height 5'6 thin.i hv used alopathic medicine for weight gain before marriage i hv gain 10 kg weight but after sometime i lost weight slowly slowly.one doctor told me go for urine test.

Please don't take such medicines for weight gain.
It causes many side effects.
Please do thyroid tests by urine.
Please eat well for that.
Take 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.
Increase your calory intake daily by calculation.
Take breads with butter, jam or cheese.
Take starchy vegetables potatoes, peas, corn.
Take dense fruit like bananas, pears, apples, pineapple or dried fruit.
Take milk and it's products, and juices more.
Take oils and nutritional supplements for weight gain.
Avoid margarine which is bad for heart and causes problems.
Take more proteins from peas, beans, eggs, soya, meat etc.
Also consult your doctor for help and guidance.
