Any Chances Of Pregnancy With Missed Period And Negative Pregnancy Test?

im a 31 year female married with a weight of 80kg height 5 feet and i have irregular periods.But for the past 4months i had a regular period.Now this month i have skipped and a preganacy test done at home shows negative can i have a chance to be pregnant
