Any Alternative To Proponolol For Migraine Which Triggers After Too Much Of Reading And Watching TV?

I m 28 years old female with migraine ( usually triggered when i read too much or watch TV too much) and a BP 0f 130/90. My doctor suggested me to take Proponolol for my migrain but it is not available in my country. so i would like to know whether I can take some other medicines or not take any.

if csuse of head ache being referred here as migraine after is reading too much and watching TV too much I to my patient would have advised through opthalmic ( eye) check up as long time use of eyes are common factor in both
