Any Advice On Sore Lump On Calf Muscle Followed By Leg Pain?

I found a lump on my calf muscle yesterday and it is very sore. As the day went on, a bruise started to form. I went to bed and woke up only to find that the pain had moved up my leg. The lump hasn't moved or went down. My parents say that it's nothing, but I'm worried. My whole leg will start to feel tingly at the end of the day. Any advice?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
You can take the analgesic tab for this, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the "Tab. Ibuprofen" 200 mg three times in day, keep the leg in elevated position, if this does respond to the given medicine then this is to be examined clinically, take care and have nice day.
