Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

I will sincerely suggest you check up her LFT or liver function tests. You see, most of the TB medicines have some effect on the liver. This is more so for combination drugs like AKT4.

I will suggest that you check out LFT. If it is raised, we will have to temporarily stop her medicines and restart them slowly again.

The raised bilirubin levels cause itching and vomitting.

I am not sure what you mean by matli, so kindly explain that.

As for hypertension, what is her running blood pressure. Please let us know the medicine she takes for blood pressure and the actual bp so we can decide on that.

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above so i can be of help further. Best of luck.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.

Please do understand that some details could be extracted from a detailed history and examination.

Looking forward to your return query with the details asked so that I can help you further.
