Anteverted Uterus Normal In Size, Endometrial Stripe Is Mildly Thickened, Multiple Peripherally Located Anechoic Follicles In Ovaries. Explain
the anteverted uterus is normal in size and configuration measuring 4.8 x 4.5 x 3.5 cms. ( cervix measures 2.1 cm). No focal lesion seen
endometrial stripe is mildly thickened measuring 1.0 cms, no focal lesion seen
the cervix is smooth and closed with no focal lesion
both ovaries are normal in size. the right ovary measures 4.3 x 2.9 x 2.2 cms, while the left ovary measures 3.6 x 2.7 x 1.8 cms. there are multiple peripherally located uniform small sized anechoic follicles in both ovaries measuring 0.6 to 0.7 cm
no adnexal mass nor abnormal fluid collection seen

You didn’t mentioned your age.
Any way,your uterus size is normal and it is also normal in position.
There is mild thickening of endometrium.Thickening varies with stage of menstrual cycle.It needs follow up in postmenopausal women for endometrial cancer.
Your ovaries size is normal with cysts(fluid filled structure)in periphery.It indicates towards Polycystic ovarian disease.Point against is that in PCOD ,ovarian size also increases.You need clinical examination also hormonal assay for PCOD.It will exclude the disease.Better you consult your doctor.
Rest is normal.
