Hi doctor. For days, my anus has felt a sharp and burning pain. I experienced constipation at first, and then diarrhea, mixed with mucus, and what looked like intestinal tissue. Presently, I don't have a fever, I just experience body aches and it hurts to move. Also, my stomach makes sudden movements and I feel like I have a lot of gas, and it makes me feel nauseous. Now when I defecate, it's a clear liquid, sometimes yellow- bile like, and still little chunks of what looks like tissue is present. What do you think is wrong with me? I thought initially when I defecate, it looks the way it does because I probably pushed too hard when I was constipated (I still feel constipated).
