Am I Leading A Good Diet Based On My BP And Sugar Level?

i am 32 Male having blood pressure 140/100 and sugure fasting 135 taking daily medecine Telmisarten 50,Atarvo 20,metapralol 50mg as well as metformin 500 sr how can i reduse my medicine strength i am daily playing betminton 45 minutes i drink occegenely and dont smoke exercise daily suggest me

Hi,
Thanks for query,
At present you can not reduce your medicine dose but some alteration of dosage schedule should be done.
You are doing enough physical exercise and even then there is no reduction of sugar and bp.
So what you require is strict diet control.
Cut down complete sugar,avoid cold drinks,ice creams, tea, coffee,chocolates,etc.
Take more salads and green veggies.
Cut down the salt.
