Am I Contagious According To Gram Staining Test Results?

hello i just got my result in Gram Staining and it says that there are abundant pus cells found, moderate epithelial cells, abundant negative bacilli, and few gram positive cocci in pairs. my question is : am i contagious? do i need to worry about these?

Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Yes, you could be contagious if you are coughing or have a nasal discharge along with sneezing.
2. Yes, you should be worried as you can pass it on to closed ones.
3. These are routine findings in respiratory tract infection and will require a cycle of antibiotic therapy.
