im in 21wk 1day pregnancy i tuk ultrasoundscan today, the result was placenta located at posterior in middle segment with grade1 maturity what is it mean?having any complications?

hi, its absolutely normal, nothing to worry, placenta can be attached either on the anterior wall ie front wall of uterus or on the back side ie posterior. upper segment or middle segment are a good thing. its worrisome only ,if it happens to be in the lower segment. and grade is the degree of maturity, so till 28 weeks its gonna be grade 1.
