Hello and welcome to HCM, The transmission of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV occur through transmission of body fluids. These body fluids include blood, mucus lining the oral cavity, genital tract, etc. In order to avoid transmission of these infections, you need to use barrier method for prevention of transmission of infection. Unprotected sexual activity cause transmission of sexually transmitted diseases including HIV infection. The incident described by you does not show any body fluid contact and hence the remote possibility of contacting the infections.
