After Severe Soccer Injuries My Testicles Is Deteriorating. Feel Fatigued, Energy Loss. Low Testosterone. Treatment?

I have recently had a full physical from my doctor. We went through the full routine. He noticed that one of my testicles is very small. This I knew; it has been getting smaller the last 2-3 years. I endured some severe soccer injuries many years ago. While the testicle did not shatter, it was seriously hurt. Apparently it is deteriorating and basically now a dead testicle. Then I told him that I have become very fatigued, worn out, and just feel a total loss of energy within the last 18-24 months. I asked if it was possibly low testosterone. He took the blood draws for the blood tests. Amongst other returns, the testosterone came back low within the satisfactory parameters. From my reading and studies, I firmly believe that this is what is wrong with me, but my doctor will do nothing to assist me. Where do I go to get a doctor that will honestly assist me with this problem instead of trying to chase after other ghosts like sleep apnea and the like (something my doctor wants to do, but I will not because I know that such is not the problem). My doctor and I talked about various things regarding this problem; it is too much to write here. I need a good doctor who will listen and pursue things for my good health. Thank you for any help that you can give.

Hi,
It seems that due to injury your that one testicle is atrophied and nothing can be done.
Now take care of another testicle.
There wont be any problem having children.
Due to another normal testicle there wont be much problem regarding testosterone level.
Avoid stress regarding this problem.
Take care.

Hello,
Thanks for your inquiry,
Several years back you had soccer injury and one of your testis was injured. You notice that particular testis is becoming smaller in size and you have become very fatigued, worn out, and just feel a total loss of energy during the past 18 to 24 months and the testosterone level is low within the satisfactory parameters. (Normal only)
Have you ever done Scrotal Scan. If not do it now instead of analyzing the testosterone levels.
All the symptoms you have mentioned is only because of the wrong notion you have, that the testicular damage may affect your body, strength, vigor, sexual function and fertility.
Nothing is going to happen like that. When one testis is normal and other testis is not removed due to the injury - no significant seminal or endocrine abnormality will be there (this is as per world statistics)
So don't live on imaginations. Understand the facts and lead a Happy life
I wish you all the best
