Adrenal recovery program with supplements. Taking Adrenal complex, Drenamin, Trace mineral B-12. More harm on adrenal gland?

Yes sir, I started an adrenal recovery program about 5 months ago, with supplements made by Standard Process. I was taking adrenal complex 2 xs a day, drenamin 3 times a day, trace mineral-B12 1 x a day, and cycuta plus 3 x a day. My question is, without having the adrenal gland tested first, could this have done more harm than good.

Thank for asking to HCM
The Idea is not scientific, you are manipulating the physiologic phenomenon, you may be facing bad consequences, please take care and think many time before doing such stupid thing, bye.
