Abnormal Values In Blood And Urine Test Done During Pregnancy. Meaning?

thanks. just got my blood and urine test done as I am 13 weeks pregnant. there are some values which are high and wanted to understand the implication for the same.

Blood:
Total WBC - 0000 / cu.mm
RDW 15.2%
Neutrophils - 75.8%
Lymphocytes - 19.5%

Urine chemical reaction
Reaction(ph) - 7.5
Microscopic examination
Epithelial cells - 6-8
can you please tell me what this means

Thanks for your query.
All the values are normal.
These are normal blood tests done in pregnancy on the blood and urine, and all are normal.
In addition to these, your blood grouping and Rh factor, thyroid tests, screening for thalessemia, viral markers should be done.
At 13 weeks, an ultrasound scan is also a must.
