Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Acute gastritis also presents with abdominal pain which is diffuse and radiates to back. Muscle spasm usually is very localized pain. I suggest fluid diet for two days. Cap Omez 20 mg twice before food for two days. Tab Flexon MR twice daily after food for two days. Application of Voveran gel on painful area. Do not massage strongly. Hot fomentation may help.Drink lots of water and take rest. Thanks.
