hii my 9 months baby boy have problem like vomiting , loose motion. Doctor has given domstal baby manufacture by torrent pharmaceuticals [dose 4 drops 3 time half hr before meat) & OFLOXACIN& metronidazole suspension DIOF, manufacture by zuventus [dose 3.5 ml 2 time] but after this loose motion & vomiting get control but boy got urnari retention, what precution need to take

the baby needs to be admitted and receive treatment by injections and infusion .
It is unlikely that the baby has developed retention of urine .Most probably he is dehydrated and urinary output is less .
please get immediate consultation and have treatment as required .
