8 Year Old Having Hard Non-movable Nodules Under The Eyes. What Are They?

my 8 year old daughter has a hard nodule (not visible to eye, can only be felt) under each eye. Not painful. only noticed each one when i was washing her face and felt them. they are very hard, not moveable like a cyst might be. each is located less than 1/2 inch below each eye in center, right on orbital bone below eye, mid center, not near tear duct. any ideas?
