7 Year Old Having Swelling And Bruise After Hitting Forehead. Should I Be Worried?

Today me and my 7year old daughter went to the store. I opened the door and didn't see you went on the other side of me and the door smacked her right on the forehead pretty hard. She seems fine,it got red and swelled a little and now it looks bruised. Think she is ok?
