7 Month Old Has Pus Jewel Around Anus, Tried Various Creams No Help, Constipated. Solution ?

My 7 month old son has pus jewel around his anus. I have taken him to his pediatrician twice now. First time he gave us a ointment to try. Second time which was like one or so week ago, we got Oral Antibiotic named SMZ-TMP 200-40/5. So we gave it to him for few days the pus jewel was gone. So we stopped the antibiotic and today we noticed the pus jewel was back. I am not totally sure if why it keeps coming back. This pus jewel seems to be related to him constipated?? We have avoided carrots and such. We are mixing prunes/peaches with most of his food so he does not get constipated. It seems like his poop is really hard lot of times.

Your son has repeated infection with pus around anus denotes pin worm infestation leading to intense itching during night with nail scratching ,superaded secondary infection. Hence start deworming drug.
