51 Years. Severe Pain Due To Being Born With One Solid Bone On Feet Except Toes, Difficulty Working. Any Suggestions?

Hello my name is Kevin and I am 51 years old. I was born with a birth defect in the bones of my feet. All the bones except my toes are all one solid bone and this causes me a great deal of pain. I was told in the early 80's that nothing could be done. Well after years of working with pain it has taken a toll on the rest oft body and I am unable to work. I need to find some information about this to take to my SSS hearing. Do you have any suggestions ?

Hi, sorry to hear that you have so pain full life, so long. Periodically, you can consult the orthopedic surgeons, for advances of the surgeries.
I advise you to try for a shoe, that suits to your curves of the foot, with the advise of your orthopedic surgeon.
I to my patient with such symptoms, prescribe neurotrophic injections, for 10 consecutive days. and pain killers when ever necesory.
I find this answer helpful

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
