4 Year Old, Recurring Constipation, Bloating In Stomach. Had Impaction Earlier, Cleared

my 4 year old daughter has had constipation on and off for years, her poop is really, really smelly and very sandy. her tummy is often bloated/distended and even when her poop isn't hard she is in pain with bowel movements. she had an impaction earlier in the year but cleared with enemas. i can't stand to see her struggling so much. she hasn't been toilet trained because she is afraid of pooping and runs and hides. please help

Hi, in order to relieve the pain and to make easier the faecal transit you can use lactulose solution. This solution softens stools, relieves bloating. Take it once a day. The prescription label tells you how much medicine to take at each dose.
If you do not see any result :consult a pediatric gastroenterologist.
