4 Year Old. Bleeding Small Spots, Gets Black And Tear. What Should Be Done?

my son is 4 yrs old and facing skin disease since birth. his whole body fills with small spots and he starts rubbi.g khujli in them even taking out blood . thereafter spots get black and skin starts tearing away from the body parts. very bad situation. i have tried many skin specialists. till medicine is given it is ok but after one day or two the same problem starts again. plz guide.

Sorry to hear about your child's suffering !
It must be allergy or eczema.
Have you done allergy tests for him?
Anti histamine like cetrizine should take care of his itching till you find te cause of allergy.
