4 Months Pregnant. Urine Test Done, Shows Pus Cells, RBC's. Treatment Options?

my wife has a peganancy of 4 month and just i have carried out urine test of my wife a week later in which pus cells were 8-9 hpf and concerning doctor told my wife to take prsecribed medicine and go for another urine test after a week taking medicine which she undergone and now pus cell are 0-1 hpf but rbc 3-5 hpf is there any thing to worry

Hi
Pus cells in the urine often indicate an infection. If the pus cells are decreasing and she has no symptoms we probably don't need to do anything.
The most common causes of RBCS in the urine are infection and stones. However it might be advisable to just repeat the urine test in a few days
