Hello Dr.good evening am Mr.XXXXXX my wife is pregnant running 36 wk. Recently she got. Admitted in hospital due tp low AFI level Dr.advising her to take argi9 sechet but afi llevel is still 6 cms. But Nst. And baby movement is normal kindly guide is wat to do next is Der any problem for baby r mother or shall we go for c sec

Thanks for writing to us.
The amniotic fluid at AFI 6 is too low. This is not likely to improve adequately even with ARG-9 sachets. If the baby's NST is normal then you can wait till 37 weeks and then decide for induction of labor or caesarean section.
