27 Weeks Pregnant. Scan Done. What Does Scan Report Suggest?

dear doctor my name is radhika. iam pregnant 27 week now.i went through scanning but couldnt understand what it mean as all the writings. report on BPD 6.77cc 27weeks, HC 24.78C 26 Weeks, FL 5.16CC 27 Weeks, AC 23.36CC 27Weeks. estimated foetal birht weight 1095 g, FHR 142 Beathneew, placemant position upper anterirer, grade 2, amotic fluid ademetc, AF 16.4MM, Cervix lenth 3.9, internal os closed this is my report

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your ultrasound report is absolutely normal.
Don't worry about this.
There are certain parameters used in ultrasound to assess the maturity of foetus.It includes
1.BPD means biparietal diameter of skull and it suggests 27 weeks of pregnancy.
2.HC denotes head circumference and is 26 weeks.
3.FL is femur length and is 27 weeks .
4.AC is abdominal circumference and is 27 weeks.
5.Fetal weight is estimated 1095 grams.
6.Palcenta position is in anterior part of uterus and is also normal.
7.AFI is amniotic fluid index and it measures 16.4 mm and is also normal.
8.FHR is fetal heart rate is 142/min.It is normal.
9.Cervix length is normal and internal os is closed. This is also normal finding.
