21 Year Old Female, Constantly Feel Nauseous And Loss Of Appetite

I am a 21 year old female and for the past couple of weeks I havn t felt myself this has gradually became worse. My symptoms started with fatigue, aching body, sore back and sore neck and have now come on to constantly feeling nauseous and loss of appetite too. This is not like me at all! I also seem to have developed lumps across the back of my neck which I presumed were my lymph nodes? Really just puzzled as to what s wrong with me! Iv been very emotional lately too and found myself wanting to just cry at television programmes! Please help! I hate feeling like this! I do have the implanon implant in my arm however I am on no other prescribed medication.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,thanks for query. There seems to some unknown stress playing a role here. When ever you are not in best of your mental well being ,you do not feel good.It is possible that you are not getting good quality sleep at night, and this can add to the problem.Enlarged lymph node needs at least one doctor examination to know the reason for this.In most of cases some infection or inflammation in that area leads to enlargement of nodes. Please visit your doctor.Stop staying alone, avoid taking too much alcohol or any drink that may have caffeine or like which unduly stimulates your brain and does not allow you to sleep properly.Keep your self busy, take light diet and more of liquids, you will be fine and back to normal.
wishing you good health.
