self medication and advertised products are not good for health. premature ejaculation is a fairly common problem its better you consult a doctor and follow his advise rather than using products which no body knows about.

Get a cock ring. It'll help make you last longer, there are also lubes available.. put them inside the condom and you should be good to go.
