13 years old, short in height, overweight for height. How to lose weight?

Hi, I am 13 years old and I fell overweight but my parents and family members tell me I am not. I think I am 113 pounds. What can be a healthy diet that i can do or any excercises i can do because i dont feel comfortable in my body i dont know why though. I look at my other friends and they are like 90pounds. I am like 5.2 or 5.3

Hi Dear,

You under Normal BMI category if still your looks make you fat then I would like to know your waist circumference.

You are in a growing age so eat healthy and play well out door games. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole pulses, grains. Restrict your junk food and processed food intake.
