Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your queryor allergy
i can feel your concerns
your son seems to have allergic symptoms
i would like to know ,if you have any family history of asthma?
i advise to use mask especially when going out.
try to avoid pollens, dust and other things that trigger cough.
saline gargles and steam inhalation is also effective.
your son can use cough suppressents and leukotriene inhibitors (montelukast) after consulting your doctor
i am available for your help
regards
